Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring smooth operation of the IT system landscape (servers, clients, network, telecommunications)
• Administration, installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft system environments
• Basic administration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Maintenance of the Active Directory
• Installation, configuration, maintenance of mobile devices
• Monitoring of anti-virus programmes
• Installation and maintenance of peripheral devices
• Management of the telephone system
• Administration of the network
• Coordination of external service partners

You have:

• Training as an IT specialist in system integration
• Confident handling of Windows operating systems, Office versions and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Core competencies according to your training: setting up, operating and monitoring IT systems and infrastructure components (hardware, network, operating systems), troubleshooting, carrying out standard enquiries, competent communication and assistance for users
